The restaurant opens every morning to serve a full and varied breakfast. There are local and seasonal products, as well as homemade recipes from our dear Fernanda. You'll also find juices, jams, a variety of bread, cakes and cooked options, such as eggs, bacon, vegetables and others, that alternate every day.

Too Good To Go

The entire HF Group has a zero-food waste policy. Nevertheless, it is practically impossible not to have surplus. That is why the HF Fénix Garden has partnered with Too Good To Go, so that the food that is not consumed each day is sold at a symbolic price. This way, food is never wasted.
Recyclable coffee capsules

The coffee we offer reflects our commitment to environmental sustainability and promotes the reuse of materials and the extension of their useful life, through composting, since they become organic fertilisers, and through recycling, being reused in the industry.
Green guides of the city

The hotel supports sustainable trips by creating and providing all their guests with digital green guides, which can be accessed to visit the city in an eco-friendlier way. These include the best gardens, vegan and vegetarian restaurants that we have selected for you.
Drinking tap water

The safe water indication in Continental Portugal is still at an excellent level of almost 99%, which makes it safe to drink tap water. We've eradicated plastic bottles at the hotel and now we only offer glass bottles. Make conscious use of these bottles or bring your own reusable bottle.
