I have never been to a hotel with the rudest frontdesk staff. When asked about an amenity, I was told ?this is a just a 3-star hotel?. It?s comical to see the staff disparaging its own place. The same guy also argued that the thermostat wasn?t adjustable even though it was the day prior.

The hotel is placed in the Placa Marques de Pombal, from where you have direct transport to nearly anywhere in Lisbon.Weve had a large, clean room with a huge bed and all the amenities, overlooking the park, which is great during Christmas. There where some issues during our stay, but they were swiftly solved by the maintenance team. The staff was very helpful and tried their best to help us.
