We werent informed about the process of the parking ticket validation which resulted in a bit of inconvenience the first time when trying to exit the parking. Also having to connect to the wifi network each time when returning to.the hotel was annoying. Overall very pleasant stay.

Clean, comfortable hotel. We found drinks to be expensive. Breakfast and service generally not up to standard of other 5 star hotels that we have stayed at in Portugal. Reception staff were not particularly welcoming.
