Tips for protecting the environment when you travel (but not only!)

Every small gesture counts, so discover a few simple tricks for a more effective and conscious use of our resources!
Resist using single dose amenities (bottles of shampoo, conditioner). Less trash, less waste!
Did you know that our tap water is of excellent quality, with 99% safety indicators? This means choosing to drink tap water over disposable plastic water bottles! Either way, all our water bottles in our restaurant services are glass, thus avoiding the use of plastic.
Choose eco-friendly transportation. Walk, rent one of the bicycles available at our hotels or simply use the public transportation that is always available right outside our door!
Request that bed linen and towels not be changed daily, thus contributing to savings in water, electricity and detergent.
Reduce lighting in your home, using only what is absolutely necessary.
The straws we use to serve our drinks are biodegradable. In any case, whether here or anywhere else, decline straws whenever possible. Reduce the use of straws and their waste, whether they are biodegradable or not.
Reduce the amount of time you spend in the shower and always turn off the water when youre applying soap or brushing your teeth.
Always set the air conditioner to the recommended temperatures, which can range from 21-22C in the winter and 24-25C in the summer (remember, the smaller the temperature difference between inside and outside, the less strain is put on the AC equipment, which ultimately means you'll save more!).
Save energy and gain sleep quality! Choose the air conditioner sleep function whenever possible. It adjusts the temperature throughout the night. If you're feeling more comfortable (not too hot, not too cold), you'll have a more restful night!
When you turn on the AC, make sure no windows or doors are open.
Turn off the AC whenever possible and take advantage of natural energy sources open the windows! Take advantage of the winter sun to warm up the house and the crisp summer nights to cool off your home.
